We have been retained to find a top class Regional General Manager in the automotive sector, but most importantly a person who has the foundations to become a senior executive, VP and above in short order .
Our client is a major global Automotive OEM.
North American based but must have the ability to "fast track" promote which may involve national or international relocation in as short as 12 to 18 months.
The right candidates for this "over hire" program will likely consider this a lateral move to a reputable fast moving truly global manufacturer.
It is essential that you have successful rotations through sales, marketing, dealer/network development etc and others such as hard parts, service, distribution, strategy are all highly desirable etc. The full strategic arena IN AN AUTOMOTIVE OEM, ideally in mass.
Ideal candidates will be fast track players. A real plus would be candidates who are authorized to work in the USA and have been exposed to (or still on) international assignment with an Automotive OEM.
