FILLED – GM Senior Supply Chain Lead – path to 7 figures

This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO of a public company that distributes products on a B2B basis and is dominant in its sector.
Annual cash compensation will reach into the 300's and this comes with two generous incentive bonuses that will realistically leave the candidate compensation in the SEVEN figure range on an ongoing basis within 5 years.
Dominant US presence in their market with business interests in Europe Australia Mexico and Canada too.
YOU MUST HAVE
A broad supply chain career over and extend period ideally with appropriate supply qualifications.
Experience operating in a distribution (distributor) model
Own fleet transport and logistics experience. They operate over 600 vehicles into regional and local distribution/customer warehouses
Supply Strategy and demonstrated record of delivering transformation ideally multiple times
Someone who can be sensitive to the already very successful business. Someone who comes with a pre determined game plan to centralize warehousing and source overseas will not succeed here.
Solid process re engineering skills ideally Lean 6 sigma, Lean operations
This position will have director level direct reports covering logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory, planning and more
