MUST BE HIGH ENERGY able to make everyone feel like they are the number one priority, be highly visible, yet can use diplomacy and self drive to prioritize and execute to be most effective
MUST BE ABLE to achieve with a very small team of direct reports and a large team of available indirect resources including HR shared services
MUST BE happy in a very busy division with constant change for integrations and improvements, ordering and prioritizing quickly as needed.
