We are retained to find a strong and resilient HR leader to act as the lead for all people issues for an aftermarket company in a state of transition through yet to be defined M&A activities.
The ideal person will have 15 - 20 years of experience that would ideally include leading HR through transformation, integration and/or build.
Skills in organization design and strategy to execution will be valuable.
The candidate must be location flexible as there is a high probability of a resulting NEWCO, which would then likely locate itself close to one of the major cities to attract talent. Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas etc etc to be defined.
