We are retained to find someone who can head up a project, to plan and carve out a B2B company from its international parent corporation before bolting on / merging with another organization to become a circa $1.2 billion company looking for growth, organic and inorganic.
The ideal candidate will have a solid financial acumen, and would have experience to M&A and/or Private Equity. The perfect candidate would be a person who is mobile until HQ locations have been established in or close to one of the major cities. The perfect candidate would have a combination of operational corporate exposure and strategic advisory either in a consultancy or financial role.
In its steady state the right candidate could move on to become on the executive team.
Compensation is not fixed but a cash compensation guideline based on overall fit (base & annual) would put this in the $300k - $400k range, negotiable.
