Our client is an acquisitive, large and growing player in the sector. Along side the CEO, this is the most senior position in the company.
In order to be considered you MUST have extensive sector knowledge. Demonstrable experience in creating and managing a successful strategic sales plan.
This would include a track record of developing key relationships with distributors, car wash operators and chains and direct accounts as part of a successful sales plan. You will have a solid sales track record and a full understanding of managing marketing plans and senior staff to achieve results.
You are likely to be in part "corporate" and in part "entrepreneurial" to have the balance needed in this sector.
Prior experience of integrating acquisitions and re aligning the go to market sales and branding strategies would be a real plus.
